There have been a lot of questions from Miss Daisy this week, she is 4 after all. She's been thinking a lot about what is and isn’t real…
Q - ‘Are fairies real?’ A - I believe they are, I've never seen one though. I think they live in the garden and only come out when we’re not looking and of course they are very very small so they are difficult to spot Q - ‘Is Jack Frost real?’ A - Yes, look at the magic he’s left for us this morning, I think he must be, don’t you? ‘Yes I do mummy, I like him’ Me too Daisy Q - ‘Are ponies true? A - Errm yes, they are (we really need to get out into the countryside soon) Q - ‘Are baddies real?’ A - NOooo, they are just in stories ‘Night night mummy, sleep tight, don’t let the bed bugs bite’ ‘Mummy?’ Yes 'Are bed bugs real?' NO definitely not (I don't like to think about those!) |
I wish I was 4 years old! 'Daisy, please can you stay 4 because I like you just like this?' 'No mummy, you have to let me grow up so I can get my pet rabbit!' We've been reading a lot of Dr. Seuss recently, I'll leave you with Daisy's most favourite quote which she finds totally hilarious and has made me say a hundred squillion times over "In my world, everyone's a pony and they all eat rainbows and poop butterflies" from the Horton Hears a Who film Hope you have a brilliant week, full of fun and imagination! x |
PS - here's some new designs I've been working on...
